Two Robotic Inspection and Packing Systems!

The machine above picks up 6 parts and presents each one over a vision system to perform quality inspections. Inspections include measurement, presence/absence of features, and looking for scratches. Good Parts are packed into boxes and rejects are placed into a sperate bin. If a reject is detected the robot will only pick the apropriate parts on the next pick to complete the previous layer. Once one box is complete the robot will begin packing the second box.
