VCS Shows End-of-Line Inspection System with The Black Widow at IMTS 2024!

Vision and Control Systems (VCS) demonstrated our End-of-Line Inspection System featuring The Black Widow motorcycle from the hit TV show American Chopper.

The system featured two FANUC CRX cobots moving COGNEX vision systems around the motorcycle inspecting for correct parts and looking for cosmetic defects. Using cameras mounted on the end of a robot allows for us to inspect one type of motorcycle immediately followed by a different model without any mechanical changeover.
